Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As part of our staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant by assisting with various tasks that contribute to an excellent dining experience for our customers.
Customer Service
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with menu inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Food Preparation
- Assist in basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- During downtime, it is crucial that we maintain the establishment and uphold superior cleanliness. Since the majority of our equipment is stainless steel, it is especially important to ensure that no rust accumulates.
Stock and Inventory
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Ensure proper rotation of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste.
Support Staff
- Provide support to kitchen and serving staff as needed.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant.
- Handle other tasks as directed by management.
